Baby360 provides a pregnancy profile and profile sync, ultrasound/memory photos and notes added by the user, and local reminders and notifications on the device. Premium is available through a weekly, monthly, or full-pregnancy App Store or Google Play subscription, or through a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; the app does not see card details. An auto-renewing subscription renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancellations and refunds are managed in Apple/Google account settings.

Pregnancy weeks and estimated dates are based on the information entered. The app does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or the opinion of a health professional. Consult a health professional for health-related decisions.

An account is created using Apple or Google sign-in. Users must protect access to their account and device and have the right to use uploaded photos and text for the service features. For the AI portrait, upload only a color 3D ultrasound image and crop it yourself. With your explicit consent, front and side profile portraits are generated automatically for each pregnancy week (15–40). A portrait is an artistic interpretation by artificial intelligence; it does not show the baby’s actual appearance and is not medical information or a diagnosis. Inappropriate use is prohibited. You can report an inappropriate or incorrect portrait from within the app; the portrait is hidden and reviewed. Support: hello@lukeristudio.com.

Account deletion initiates deletion of the user account. When the user is deleted, a server function deletes the user’s cloud data and files; it retries on failure. The client attempts to clear local notifications, files, and app storage.
