Privacy Policy

The data controller is Mücahit Şen, an individual. Province/district: Bursa / Nilüfer, Türkiye. Contact: hello@lukeristudio.com.

The app uses Apple or Google sign-in and a cloud-based authentication service. Email and password sign-in is also available for accounts pre-created for store review teams; there is no email sign-up in the app. The user ID (uid) and sign-in provider are used for the session. At sign-in, Apple requests permission for name and email; the app code does not save these as profile fields.

An error-reporting service collects anonymous technical data, such as crash reports and device/app information, to help fix errors.

When you report a problem (by shaking the phone or using the option in Profile), the app sends an optional screenshot, app and device information, the screen you are on, and recent technical logs to cloud storage and a database. You see a preview before sending, can turn the screenshot off, and can add a note. This data is used only to find and fix the bug.

When profile sync is enabled, the last menstrual period (LMP) and, if entered by the user, the baby’s name and selected sex may be stored in a cloud database. Ultrasounds and memory photos may be stored in cloud storage; memory type, week, note, and file path may be written to the cloud database. For the AI portrait, the color 3D ultrasound image that you upload with your explicit consent and crop yourself is stored in cloud storage. The source image is kept until you replace it or delete your account; weekly portraits are kept until the account is deleted. Selecting photos requires media library permission.

Reminders and notifications are scheduled locally on the device. The operating system notification permission is requested.

Anonymous usage analytics are on by default and can be turned off in Profile. When enabled, permitted events may be sent to an anonymous analytics service running on servers in the EU. Permitted event properties include onboarding step/coarse stage, feature use, notification permission outcome, reminder category, and limited error codes. The uid, email, name, LMP, raw pregnancy week, images, audio, and free text are not permitted event properties. Automatic capture, session recording, and app lifecycle events are off.

Information may be processed to provide accounts/sessions, sync profiles and content, generate AI portraits and ensure content safety, process subscription status, provide reminders on the device, respond to requests, and anonymously measure product usage unless you turn off that preference. Vertex AI (EU multi-region) checks the suitability of the ultrasound and the portraits. An OpenAI image model, accessed through Wiro, generates the portraits. Images may be transferred abroad. A subscription management service processes subscription status using the user ID; payment is collected by Apple or Google. Authentication, cloud storage and database, error-reporting, analytics, and subscription service providers may be located abroad; relevant data may be transferred to them. Wiro’s, OpenAI’s, and Google’s retention and training practices are governed by their own terms.

Account deletion initiates deletion of the user account. When the user is deleted, a server function deletes all user data in the cloud; the customer record at the subscription service is also deleted. It retries on failure. The client attempts to cancel local notifications and clear files and app storage. Local reminders are stored on the device.

You can turn off anonymous usage analytics in Profile; photo and notification permissions can be managed in device settings. You can report an inappropriate or incorrect portrait from within the app; once reported, the portrait is hidden and reviewed.
